Brianna started having lots of leg pain and doctors did several X-rays and tests. In April 2017 Brianna was diagnosed with bone cancer  and treatments started immediately.

"I didn't even know what chemo was... I thought it was a little pill and it would be gone."

​

After several chemo therapy treatments on 4 week rotation it was decided they would need to amputate below the knee. She had that surgery in summer of 2017.
